Why this is a Round DC port instead of a USB port?

Compared 5V USB port, the 7.4V Round port has high power( max 14W） to achieve higher temperature levels and larger heating areas.
Can I use other power bank to heat the Vest?

For safety reasons, please use the provided power bank. Other power banks will cause defects due to a lack of safety protection. We also offer additional battery packs for sale (B0CHRCDHTV). Also you can search "Gotobi battery pack"
How long will my battery take to fully charge?

It takes about 5 to 8 hours to fully charge the battery. Using a fast charging adapter(output 9V/2.22A;5V/3A; 12V/1.67A)can speed up the charging process. 5V1A chargers will significantly slow down the charging speed.
How long will the battery last?

Test results at room temperature (68℉/20℃), the battery will last approximately 9 hours on low, 5.5 hours on medium, or 4 hours on high.
Is it possible to charge both the heated vest and my phone simultaneously using the power bank?

No, it is not safe to do so as it can damage the power bank.
